Dr. Cora McLean is a character appearing in the BBC One adaptation of Ann Cleeves's Shetland. She is a medical Doctor working as a General Practitioner in Lerwick and is used by the Shetland Police as an unofficial Crime Scene Investigator to help give preliminary details without having to wait for the medical forensic team that is based on the mainland in Aberdeen.
